Carlingford

Finally getting good access to the internet.

We arrived in Dublin 7:30 am, Monday, July 12. Monica met us at the airport, and we drove up to Carlingford, where we met "Auntie Nun", Granny Teresa, and two of Monica's sisters with their families.
Monica's Auntie Nun is a Sister of Mercy, and has use of the diocese's vacation house one week of the year. Here's the view from the front yard, with Slieve Foi in the background.

King John's Castle, Carlingsford

Built in 1210 by the Normans, King John reportedly spent three nights
there.
Hence the name.
